Poster competition update

Wow! We received 280 posters from 230 participants!

You have all put a lot of effort on your work and we want to put as much effort on our selection. Because of the impressive response, we will take more time to select the top 10 finalists in order to make sure all of your posters are carefully considered.

Online voting will start on Friday 25 May and last until Friday 1 June.

The ICES Conference 2012 aims at promoting the quality and attractiveness of education about standardization by sharing (best) practices.

The WSC Academic Day 2012 is conceived by ISO, IEC and ITU to promote dialogue between universities and the international standards community, to raise awareness and to foster cooperation and joint initiatives.

WSC Academic Day 2011

The WSC Academic Day 2011, that will be held in Hangzhou (China) on 29 June 2011, intends to give continuity to the WSC Academic Week organized in Geneva in 2010. This initiative aims at promoting the dialogue and at fostering cooperation between academic institutions and the international standards community so that tangible and measurable actions are identified and taken in the course of the next 12 months.

 


 

Results of World Standards Day poster competition

WSD poster winnerThe World Standards Cooperation (WSC) has announced the results of the poster competition for World Standards Day 2011, which attracted 45 entries and 2 000 votes.

International Workshop "Accessibility and the contribution of International Standards"
